Your order will be delivered to you using Royal Mail standard parcels or local deliveries will be done by one of our drivers. Returning an oder, once you have approved your order you are no longer able to cancel. However if your printing media arrives defected or damaged, please return 50 faulty pieces and we will provide you with a full refund. Mistakes in your own artwork will not be refunded unless you have specifically asked us to check your artwork. We will however work with you to rectify any possible problems
