The small business support starts from £100 per month and you receive all the benefits our company can offer. No Call Out charges, phone support and unlimited call outs upto your contracted hours.

In addition to the support each month you will recieve courtesy drop in calls to ensure that your systems are working correctly, the server is running efficiently and backups are working (if implemented).

The response time for the small business contract is 2 working days. This means the most you will wait for an engineer to visit is 48 hours. If you find yourself in a postion which is business critical you may purchase a rapid response.

Medium Business - 8 Hours of Support Per Month

Our Medium Business support starts from £160 per month. You receive 8 hours of support, this could be via telephone, email or site visits.

The response time for the Medium business contract is 2 working days. This means the most you will wait for an engineer to visit is 48 hours. If you find yourself in a postion which is business critical you may purchase a rapid response.

Large Business Or Computer Drop In Centres

Larger business and Computer Drop In Centre support starts from £200, this gives you 10 hours of unlimited support per month to use. As with the smaller packages this can take the form of email, telephone or face to face support. This package is most suited to companies with more than 30 machines or that have regular public use.

Each month one of our engineers will call and check the following

• Software Updates
• Virus Updates
• Log-in Speeds
• Backups
• Server Functions
• Network Speed
• Perform a quick maintenance

When you continue a contract with us for a year or more you will also receive a full ICT health check, where every computer and server in your organisation is checked. Think of it as an MOT for your computers.
